10.0 ha of land that was forest on 31 December 2020 shows tree-cover loss since: review the pictures; if it was cleared for production, products from this plot are not EUDR-compliant.

Plot outlined in black on the map and yellow on the pictures. Trees that grew after 2020 (regrowth, plantations) show as "not forest in 2020" and do not change the result: the EUDR asks only whether land that was forest on 31 December 2020 has been deforested or degraded since.
Forest 2020: EC JRC Global Forest Cover 2020 v4 (10 m), the reference map the EU publishes for the EUDR cut-off date. Loss: Hansen/UMD Global Forest Change v1.13 (30 m), tree-cover loss by year to 2025; loss on 2020 forest is each loss cell's share of 10 m forest cells. Loss means any removal of tree cover (clearing, fire, storm), so a flagged area is a question to answer with the pictures and the plot's permits, not a finding of illegality. Pictures: Copernicus Sentinel-2 L2A true colour (10 m), the clearest scene near 31 December 2020 and the clearest of the last twelve months, cloud measured on the plot itself. Clearings under ~0.1 ha and losses of the current year may not show yet. This report covers the deforestation criterion and the national forest-law flags (Paraguay, Brazil, Argentina, Bolivia); legality of production (Art. 2(40): tenure, labour, tax, environmental permits) needs the producer's documents. The plot outline is the operator's responsibility.
